JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas -- The Air Force will host a virtual meeting for the former Wurtsmith Air Force Base Restoration Advisory Board on April 15, at 5 p.m. EST.

The virtual meeting is a collaborative effort between the Air Force’s Base Realignment and Closure Program, and the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy to maintain open communication with the local community about the ongoing PFAS/PFOA remediation efforts there, despite recent COVID-19 restrictions on public meetings.

The virtual meeting is open to the public. Anyone who wishes to view the presentation or participate in the public comment period is required to register and download the webinar software. Registration information can be found at: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/231462996410860545

The webinar software allows registered members of the public to ask questions by typing them in a question box. Questions received online will be addressed by the RAB Co-chairs during the meeting as time permits. All questions will be captured and answers provided as part of the meeting minutes.
