2021 FEHB open enrollment for eligible civilian employees

HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- The 2021 Federal Benefits Open Season for the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Program, and the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program will run Nov. 8 through Dec. 13, 2021.

During the annual Open Season, eligible employees can enroll, change plans or plan options, change enrollment type, or cancel their enrollment for FEHB and the FEDVIP Program. Employees can also re-enroll or newly enroll in FSAFEDS.

Check out FEHB guides and premiums, as well as a summary of FEDVIP and FSAFEDS benefits via the OPM website at https://www.opm.gov/healthcare-insurance/healthcare.

In addition, FEHB webinars for the state of Utah will be held throughout Open Season at https://www.gotostage.com/channel/ut2021openseason. (Chrome is the optimal browser for the GoTo Webinar experience.)

All FEHB elections will be made through the Government Retirement and Benefits Platform at https://grbplatform.us.af.mil.

Elections made during the 2021 Open Season will be effective Jan. 2, 2022, and will be reflected on the leave and earnings statement for pay period ending Jan. 15, 2022.

As a reminder, the Federal Employees Group Life Insurance Program and the Federal Long-Term Care Insurance Program do not participate in the annual Federal Benefits Open Season.
