The Fire Department hosted a number of educational events across the base throughout the week to educate the base community on the importance of fire safety. On Oct. 10, the Fire Department held a Fire Prevention Walk that included several fire safety demonstrations, an amusement area for children and fire prevention giveaways and prizes.
