ALC Completes Mods for F-35A IOC

The twelfth F-35A Lightning II aircraft needed to declare initial operational capability (IOC) emerges from a repair hangar after depot and unit-level modifications were completed June 30, 2016 at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
