Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) team members lower the NASA/Army Tiltrotor Test Rig (TTR) into the 40- by 80-foot wind tunnel in the AEDC National Full-Scale Aerodynamics Complex (NFAC) at Moffett Field in Mountain View, California. The TTR was developed to study advanced tiltrotors and develop databases for design code validation.
