What is AcqDemo?

The Acquisition Demonstration Project, or AcqDemo, is an alternative human resource management pay and personnel system that provides managers and organizations with increased flexibilities in recruitment, staffing, classification, performance management, compensation, and employee development. AcqDemo was developed and implemented to provide the DoD with initiatives designed to enhance the effectiveness of personnel programs and processes.

It provides managers greater flexibility in the assignment and movement of personnel to meet mission requirements.
