Dayton Peace Accords

Thirty years ago, the Bosnian War ended, not in the Balkans, but across the world in Dayton, Ohio at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The delegates to the negotiations spoke all the time throughout the 20 day Dayton Peace Accords, whether it was at dinner or while ambling on the newly paved “Peace Walk” sidewalk.
