Tinker Frontlines: Meet Frank Shenold from the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex

Frank Shenold, section lead in the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex’s Work Force Development Office, is committed to empowering the entire Complex team by developing their skills and competencies. He is proactively leading the creation and use of innovative methods to invigorate training programs and create lifelong learners. He’s attentive to customers’ wants and needs in order to exceed their expectations.

Shenold has spent much of his 25 year civil service career impacting workforce development for the Complex and has 29+ years of combined military and civil service.

When he’s not working or attending evening classes to earn his master’s degree, Shenold enjoys spending time with his family, leading his local Boy Scout troop, mentoring youth and rock rappelling.
