Robins Frontlines: John Terrell

  • Robins Public Affairs

John Terrell, 78th Communications Directorate program analyst, has proactively assisted teleworking co-workers with accessing files and general set-up since the onset of COVID-19. His efforts helped to ensure they were able to optimize the use of virtual tools to collaborate and assist customers.

He also stepped up and volunteered to serve as the interim onsite facility manager, opening the building and sanitizing areas to ensure a safe environment for those reporting daily during the pandemic.

Furthermore, in the midst of a system’s validation and while serving as the onsite Office of Primary Responsibility, Terrell single-handedly processed 502 forms and addressed emails.

For all you do at Team Robins … Thank You!
