ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Bryan Deshotel, 559th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron sheet metal mechanic, maintains C-5 Galaxies at the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex throughout the fight against COVID-19.
The squadron is part of the 402nd Aircraft Maintenance Group which provides Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) and unscheduled repair activities on F-15, C-130, C-5 and C-17 aircraft. They are responsible for the repair, modification, reclamation and rework of over 200 aircraft worldwide. They also prepare and deploy combat Aircraft Battle Damage Repair (ABDR), crash recovery and supply and transportation teams worldwide.
