Doug Bell has worked as an Emergency Management specialist for six months in the 72nd Civil Engineering Directorate Emergency Operations Center.

He served six years in the Air Force in Disaster Preparedness.

Since moving to Oklahoma from Maryville, Tennessee, Bell enjoys fishing, hunting and preaching at Sooner Rose Baptist Church in Midwest City.

His main duties in the EOC as the office’s training lead are to set up schedules and assign instructors to classes.

Bell said “after 28 years out of military life, getting back into training the military for real-world scenarios and missions” is the best part of his job.
