Employee assistance available for Air Force civilians

EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. - The Air Force Civilian Employee Assistance Program is a free confidential service provided to civilian employees, along with their dependents and household members.

EAP’s goal is to help make life a little easier by providing a variety of resources, tools, and services.

Eligible patrons can receive personalized referrals to local service providers through Work Life Services; receive discounts through the members-only website, Life Mart; set personal and work goals with a lifestyle coach; access personalized digital emotional wellness tools, consult with financial, legal, and identity theft resolution experts; access senior care management services; and receive confidential non-clinical counseling if needed by visiting the EAP office.

For those who supervise Air Force civilians, the EAP program provides a variety of services and resources, along with confidential management consultations to help create a productive work environment.
