The latest video in the Generations series looks at mentoring. Different career cohorts react and accept constructive feedback in different ways. Finding the right mentor to help navigate feedback and growth goes a long way toward career success.
In the clip below, you will meet fellow civilian Airmen on the MQ-9 team. You will also hear from AFLCMC Executive Director Kathy Watern. Ms. Watern has a special passion for mentoring and attributes good mentors to her own career growth.
