Department of the Air Force Chief of Safety Maj. Gen. Jeannie M. AFMC entities at Hill AFB, Utah and Eglin AFB, FL were singled out for honors.

“We empower our Airmen and Guardians at all levels to take bold actions to ensure mission success through proper risk management both on and off duty,” Leavitt said. “The Air Force and Space Force promote a culture where our people will step in and do something if a situation looks unsafe, so we can all live to be lethal.”
