Many people who suffer from depression regularly struggle with prolonged feelings of discouragement, sadness and worthlessness -- even if they appear on the surface to be functioning normally. The good news is that the EAP offers many effective ways to get you the help you need for treating depression. If you think you might be depressed, or are just feeling down for any reason, call the EAP. The program can help with: - Identifying depression as a first step to seeking help - Some tips for chasing the blues away - Great ideas for building up physical and emotional resilience In October, the EAP will address the art of parenting, guiding you to supportive resources.
