Air Force Art Program
Elaine Balsley, an SAIC contractor and management analyst in the Air Force Materiel Command Logistics Directorate’s Maintenance Division, packs up the canvas of her acrylic painting in late August 2010 before shipping it to the Air Force Art Program. The painting, which was on display in Building 262 before its submission to the art collection, is one of her two original works on display now at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force.
