President Obama's Energy Plan

President Barack Obama speaks to military and civilian personnel about his plan to lift the nearly 20 year executive ban on oil and natural gas drilling off the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico, March 31, at Joint Base Andrews, Md. President Obama also announced the Navy F/A-18F Super Hornet, dubbed "The Green Hornet," is slated to be tested on Earth Day, April 22.
