Vintage aircraft builder Mark Dusenberry pilots a replica Wright Flyer III at Huffman Prairie Flying Field. He flew for about 40 seconds Oct. 5, before a wingtip struck the ground while turning. Mr. Dusenberry was not hurt but his aircraft suffered damage to the undercarriage and both propellers. The incident took place during a reenactment of the first practical circling flight by a powered aircraft during a National Park Service and Aviation Heritage Foundation-sponsored event at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
