Air Force Marathon draws nearly 10,000 runners

Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Norton Schwartz and Aeronautical Systems Center commander, Lt. Gen. Tom Owen join Staff Sgt. Trasy Rincan at the finish line for the U.S. Air Force Marathon Sept. 19, 2009 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
