ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. - Capt. Shawn (Fritter) Fritz, 12th Airborne Command and Control Squadron sensor management officer, receives a warm welcome from his wife Sirena and son Jackson, May 3. The 116th Air Control Wing welcomed home about 200 members who have been deployed to Southwest Asia from 45 to 90 days. The 116th is the only Air Force unit operating the E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (Joint STARS), which is the most advanced airborne ground surveillance
