EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. (AFMCNS) - Crew members of the C-135C tail number 669, also known as Speckled Trout, watch the aircraft complete its final flight after taxiing underneath the fire department water cascade Jan. 13. The aircraft not only supported senior military leaders with worldwide airlift for 31 years, but also conducted avionics and communications testing at Edwards. Capt. John Kilareski, 412th Flight Test Squadron, and Maj. Raymond Ouellette, 412th FLTS, both piloted the retiring aircraft during its farewell flight.
