LAS FLORES, El Salvador -- Staff Sgt. Alan Baker smooths over the edge of a concrete foundation for a school here. Reserve Airmen from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, are here supporting New Horizons 2005, a readiness training exercise providing humanitarian-assistance projects to help citizens of El Salvador.
