Matthew Beasley, Distributed Common Ground/Surface System Integration Backbone, or DIB, lead test engineer, reviews DIB integration results with test developer Oscar Toro at the Hanscom Collaboration and Innovation Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., April 12.
