AFNWC expert wins AFA Welch award

Col. Scott Jones of the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center was recently recognized with the 2017 Air Force Association Gen. Larry D. Welch-Officer Award. The twelfth F-35A Lightning II aircraft needed to declare initial operational capability (IOC) emerges from a repair hangar after depot and unit-level modifications were completed June 30, 2016 at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
