AFCAP V increases field assistance

In Feb. 2019, four months after Hurricane Michael devastated Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., contractors supporting hurricane recovery efforts as part of the AFCAP IV contingency contract installed the final glass panel in the base control tower.
