ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – Col. Rosalie Duarte, 78th Air Base Wing vice commander, briefs Lt. Gen. Gene Kirkland, Air Force Sustainment Center commander, on the H.O.P.E. campaign at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, July 14, 2020. H.O.P.E., which stands for “Help is available; Opportunities exist; People care; Expect something good,” is an installation-wide initiative to work all violence prevention and resilience efforts from a grassroots level, utilizing a diverse group of ambassadors from the 78th ABW and Robins mission partners to work from within the units. The AFSC command team visited Robins for the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex change of command and took the opportunity to receive this briefing, along with other mission updates from across the installation.
