A 96th Test Wing F-16 Fighting Falcon takes off to participate in Emerald Flag March 25 at Eglin Air Force Base Fla. More than 20 agencies participated in the exercise. Emerald Flag combined ground, space, cyber, and air platforms for joint test and experimentation.
