Progress made on a salvaged F-35’s, repurposed for training aids
Fabricated F-35 replacement panels made by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center advanced composite office, ready for installation May 4, 2022, at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The panels will be used in place of those that were damaged or missing on a salvage F-35B cockpit section being turned into a sectional training aids by the 372nd Training Squadron, Det. 3, for use during instruction of F-35 maintainers.
