The road to citizenship paved a little smoother thanks to local Airmen

Senior Airman Reginald Lao shows off his certificate of citizenship in a photo taken shortly after his naturalization ceremony. Through extensive research and a series of questions between Senior Airman Reginald Lao and Senior Airman Hugo Ruano Gutierrez, both contracting specialists with the AFSC Contracting Directorate, the two would eventually create a one-stop informational brochure that helped Airman 1st Class Luis Ramirez Escoto, a contracting administrator at AFSC, begin his road to U.S. citizenship.
