AFIMSC comptroller app gives time back to Airmen, Guardians

Airmen at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, are using QTrac to schedule appointments with the 86th Comptroller Squadron. The new customer appointment scheduling, queuing and reporting app is saving finance customers time, and eliminating the frustration of sitting in waiting areas for appointments. Developed by the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center’s Financial Management Directorate, the app was first tested at six comptroller squadrons in October 2023. Since then, more than 32,000 customers with finance needs have used the platform. (U.S. Air Force Courtesy Photo)
