AFMC leadership visits AFIMSC

Lt. Gen. Linda Hurry, commander, Air Force Materiel Command, presents a coin to Senior Master Sgt. Clarence L. McMillan Jr. at the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center headquarters at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, on March 3, 2026. McMillan, a facility operations strategy superintendent with AFIMSC’s Intelligence, Strategic Planning and Requirements Directorate, was recognized for his management of a $10 billion portfolio, validating $488 million in infrastructure requirements for 330,000 Airmen. His analysis was instrumental in securing $40 million to improve housing for unaccompanied Airmen.
