    The challenge, which launched in February 2020, focused on identifying time-consuming tasks that provide the least direct value to generating combat effects; proposing innovative solutions to streamline current processes through the novel application of technology; and partnering directly with Headquarters Air Force to bring Airmen’s voices to ongoing efforts, including solution-generation and beta-testing of cutting-edge technologies that return time to Airmen.

    The first Warrior Panel was hosted at the Doolittle Institute in Niceville June 20. The panelists acknowledged the Air Force Research Lab’s contributive technology and how they were well-equipped for the battlefield.
  • Air Force transitions to a single combat uniform

    Air Force leaders announced the service will move to a single combat utility uniform, adopting the Operational Camouflage Pattern, or OCP, already in use by the Army and Airmen in combat zones and in certain jobs across the Air Force.
  • AFSOC general returns to thank Robins maintainers, provides gunship tour

    As promised by the Air Force Special Operations Command vice commander, Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex C-130 sustainment workers toured the inside of an AC-130W gunship fully loaded with the latest modifications Feb. 9.  Maj. Gen. Eugene Haase, AFSOC vice commander, and his crew brought the AC-130W from Hurlburt Field, Florida, to the Robins
