    Edwards AFB’s active April demonstrates continued test operations during COVID-19

    The month of April launched a new normal at Edwards Air Force Base. With the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, units around the base have taken steps to assure the mission continues while ensuring the health and safety of Airmen during this time of social distancing and teleworking.

    BAF team readying for stealth bomber testing

    Last November, a B-2 Spirit entered the Benefield Anechoic Facility for the first time. Photos released by the Air Force this week show the stealth bomber being backed into the BAF to undergo environmental control systems checks.
