AFMC We Need

Air Force Materiel Command

AFMC is the most important major command in the United States Air Force to achieve the National Defense Strategy and to acquire, field and sustain the Air Force We Need. For us to continue to ensure a technological advantage for our nation, we must develop and field technology at the speed of relevance to counter these threats and build and sustain the most lethal and ready Air Force.

We are launching a command-wide initiative that aims to capture and elevate grassroots recommendations on AFMC structure and processes that will posture us for mission success in the decades to come. We're calling this the "AFMC We Need."

Feedback from throughout the command will be gathered via face-to-face interviews with thousands of personnel at 13 different AFMC locations. All AFMC personnel will have an opportunity to share feedback via an online survey and the website at www.afmc.af.mil/about-us/AFMCWeNeed
