AFMC announces 2018 Annual Chaplain Corps. award winners

WRIGHT PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio --  Winners of the Air Force Materiel Command’s 2018 Annual Chaplain Corps Awards were announced by Chaplain, Col. Scott Rummage, AFMC Command Chaplain.

“We are grateful and proud of all AFMC Chaplain Corps. members and all they do to take care of Airmen,” said Rummage.

AFMC Religious Affairs Airman of the Year: Senior Airman Austin McEndree, 88th Air Base Wing Chaplain Corps., Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio.

AFMC Religious Affairs Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year: Staff Sgt. Steven Whitley, 96th Test Wing Chaplain Corps., Eglin AFB, Florida.

AFMC Religious Affairs Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year: Master Sgt. Lisa Willis, 96th Test Wing Chaplain Corps., Eglin AFB, Florida.

AFMC Company Grade Officer Chaplain of the Year: Chaplain, Capt. Damien Gipson, 96th Test Wing Chaplain Corps., Eglin AFB, Florida.

AFMC Religious Support Team of the Year: Chaplain, Capt. Bradley Kelsey and Staff Sgt. Jillian Baez, 96th Test Wing Chaplain Corps., Eglin AFB, Florida.

AFMC Chaplain Corps Civilian of the Year: Father Donald Moss, 88th Air Base Wing Chaplain Corp., Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio.

AFMC Small Chapel Team of the Year: 66th Air Base Group Chaplain Corp., Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts.

AFMC Medium Chapel Team of the Year: 412th Test Wing Chaplain Corp., Edwards AFB, California.

AFMC Large Chapel Team of the Year: 96th Test Wing Chaplain Corps., Eglin AFB, Florida.
